We flew into the area over a holiday weekend due to my husband's work schedule, and Ida was more than willing to carve out an entire weekend of intensive house hunting. We probably visited at least 15+ properties in two days. She drove us all over Kitsap county and would explain traffic and schools to us as we were driving. She also kept a nice little stash of snacks for us in the car...I'm a sucker for snacks! Ida is a busy realtor but you always feel like you are her number one priority.

Oh my, how do I put into words how AMAZING Ida is to work with! My husband and I bought our house in the Silverdale, WA area without even being on this side of the country! (sight unseen). My husband is Military and we were stationed in CT with orders to WA. With 4 children I knew that I wanted a house and a place to call home the minute we arrived- so we set out trying to find the perfect home about 3 months before we were set to move out. We could NOT have done without Ida.

The first time we spoke with Ida and she patiently answered all our questions. She took notes on what we wanted and helped us set up a home search. When a house caught my eye, I would text Ida to ask her about it and she always got RIGHT back with me and told me the reality of any house I had questions on- the good AND bad! She wasn't just trying to "sell" a house- she worked to helped us find the perfect house for the US! And she did! When we thought we may have the right home, Ida went and took a video for us (she did this for a few homes) she also told us her honest opinion. Ida helped us negotiate an amazing deal for our home, even in a hot seller's market! We have been in our home for about 9 months now and I am 1000% happy we bought it- I LOVE our home! I recommend Ida Bear to ANYONE who asks about buying a home in our area.

Seriously the best realtor experience I have ever had in the 25 years of house hunting and purchasing. We were in a long-distance house hunting situation and Ida took care of us every step of the way. She had listings posted within an hour of our first telephone call. She sent me videos and photos of properties we were interested in whenever I asked her. Since she has been in the area as a military spouse herself she could give me honest opinions of the areas and commute times. She is professional, warm, and caring during the stressful periods of the house buying process. If I could clone her so I could take her with me on any future house hunting in a different state, I would do it. Hands down Ida Bear is the best in the business.
